We started baking organic sourdough bread in August 2024 and have been selling to neighbors and friends ever since.
Growing one loaf at a time
Our bread is made to order in a permitted home kitchen in Atlantic Highlands using carefully selected organic ingredients.
We bake in small batches for neighbors, local pickup spots, and farmers’ markets. Look for us at your favorite market. If you don’t find us, ask the people who run the market to let us in.
Permitted by the New Jersey Department of Health to bake approved cottage-food products.
